Crashes on start, added a ton of pdfs via iTunes, cant get the app to start though, load screen then crash.

This app only lets you preview the first page (the title page, really guys?) You cant even get a good feel for the app, the voices, or if its worth purchasing. Not only that, but they tell you that you can only preview the first page in broken English, "We give only read the first page!" If youre only going to say one sentence to your prospective customers, you should at least take the time to get it right. I uninstalled this app immediately. Ill find another option.

It only reads the first page. The voice is very mechanical.

The voice is hard to follow and my app doesnt work with my Dropbox.

I get the point of "Free." So you know what you are buying. I am actually in the market. But dont read me the flipping title!! PUH-leeze.

I did the work I wanted, it read through the article, but the work is so poorly done. The artificial reader didnt identify many basic vocabulary and mispronounce them in funny ways, and it reads 1960s like a thousand nine hundred and sixty seconds, I wonder if the developer of the app seriously tested out for one single article before they released to App Store? Im willing to pay for a delicately designed PDF reader, but this?

I bought the application for reading in Portuguese Brazil. Horrible! Misspent money! The one than comes in the IOS itself is superior! Do not buy! I would not use even if It was free.

No, English is not free!. So it says its free but its not. Almost a scam!

There is no possibility to test anything but the English language... And if you buy a language the App will check your licence each time you start your documents get read. This is really annoying and you need internet, which sometimes simply is not possible... :(

This app crashes frequently. It gets completely lost on some technical pdf books. It tries to pronounce abbreviations like CBC as words. It might work for simple novels, but for technical documents it is pretty useless. Scrolling and zooming is a nightmare! A waste of money!

I am german and i always searched for an App like that. It works Perfect for me specially german Books. Also Support answers My questions Super fast

Gettting a voice with better quality than Microosoft SAM for only 5 $ is a really good deal.

The vBookz PDF is really annoying with the registration process. The moment you want to listen to a PDF it comes up with a window to check if you have purchased the language. If you dont have an Internet connection you cannot use it and youre done. Even if the registration process has been finished before, it is asking over and over again. You have to pay even for the default English language which I really dont want, because the conversion rate of dollars to euro is not good. I had to pay 4.49 € instead of 3.70 € which would be the international rate. With iOS 6.1.3 it work just fine but with iOS 7.0.2 it is having difficulties to Mark accurately where its reading. It is not able to reed abbreviations love like "z.B" what would be "zum Beispiel" instead it reads only "z" "B" ....

Nice concept but once u downloa it obly allows u to hear the pre intalled pdfs and not any new ones u download, each languange is an extra 5 dollars and the free version doesnt even come with english.

It does not work after paying for the language download. There is no sound at all. This is a scam... it shouldnt be allowed on the App Store.

It cost money to listen, dont even bother downloading

This app is not easy to use. Everything costs and costs... Dont bother!
